I recently purchased the Omni creative filter system plus the expansion pack, and tonight I had the chance for a quick first spin. It was just matter of minutes before the sun set, so not much time for experimenting with different filters/ wands for each motive; more a case of hit or miss. I am looking forward to this weekend’s predicted nice weather with a high level of anticipation!
I used my Velvet 56 lens, mounted on a Nikon fullframe (Df). The resulting pictures somehow remind me of the Scandinavian Shrovetide tradition of «fastelavensris»; birch rods decorated with multicolored feathers! No cropping, and two wands in use for most of these. Click to view large:
