World Photography Day is celebrated annually at the Preus Photography Museum in Horten. The last couple of years, the event has been co-run by a local food & beer festival. This has made it a huge event with loads of people visiting, but «we photo people» aren’t too thrilled. With food trucks everywhere, we are left with increasingly smaller spaces to display our exhibitions. As a representative for the national photography society, I have started playing with alternative models for marking the day which necessarily doesn’t involve the museum, but in stead gives camera clubs all over the country tools for a local event. Oh well, while the food festival was kind of drowning our presence this year, why not make the most of it, right? Here are some photos I took with the Sol 22 on my Oly EM-10 and edited using Trey Ratcliff’s festival presets.
